Great stay in Tokyo on a budget. Although it is far out of town, you get a nice and comfortable self contained studio. Great response and communication with owner. Easy to get in even late at night. Also has a kitchen, fridge and washing machine. It is also only a 3 minute walk to the train to Tokyo. It was nice to live in a tradition rural Japanese neighbourhood. If you are on a short or extended stay to Tokyo and need a comfortable little apartment at an excellent price, I highly recommend this option!

The guesthouse is located 5 minutes walk from Ryugasaki station( not Ryugasaki Shi Station ), and there is a convenient store and places to eat nearby. The guesthouse was very clean, and the manager, Ryukichi, was very friendly. He lent me a pair of bicycles, which helped me greatly.
