Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Kami-furano

The place was huge, and kitted out with anything we could've needed, more than the basic hotel room. The location was excellent, central to pretty much everything we wanted to go and see, and also within walking distance to many restaurants and a supermarket. The owner had many helpful tips about useful places and attractions in the area as well.

It was way bigger than i thought ! We reserved this appartment at the last moment but it didn't disappoint. It was very confortable and it felt like home ! The living room was warm and inviting, the bedrooms were simple but cosy. Very cute house , i would recommend !

Great bargain if you travel with a car! It’s surprisingly warm in winter! Local supermarkets, restaurants and public Onsens are easy to access.

You should expect an authentic Japanese-style house. It was a cool experience! The host had games and activities to do.

The house is just beautiful inside. So comfortable and with many amenities provided. I'm not sure but I believe we were the first guests at this listing. It feels like a family home that has been renovated to convert it for guests. Coffee, bottled water, some games were provided, toiletries, detergent, fever patches for a child, and many other little things. Very good security on the house, whether or not it's actually needed. The kitchen is small but full, and I really mean full, all manner of kitchen utilities provided if you want to do cooking. The washer/dryer actually does dry your clothes too, unlike many of these combo models. And the whole place is so spacious. We were two adults and a seven year old. There's a living room, a Japanese style room with tatami and very tasteful decorations, the kitchen, a foyer, the toilet room, the bathroom sink and laundry room, and the bath/shower room. Upstairs there were two bedrooms we used and I think the host can open up another bedroom if the party booking the place is larger. I could go on about all the great little things about this house. Just book it and you'll see for yourself. I only hope I can still afford it next time, as it was such a good deal this time. From the outside the house is nondescript, on the corner across from the Kumon, with one parking space. The host speaks reasonable English which is very helpful and we appreciated that. The location is fine. It's in the middle of Biei. There's a big grocery store nearby and the train station isn't far. If you drive there's a parking spot, and you can easily access everything in the area. It's more convenient than staying in Asahikawa. Please do respect the host and the house. Keep it beautiful.

The cozy house was well equipped. We love our host and the place itself. Restaurant is nearby. Outside is green and wonderful. We were warm welcomed. Exceptional breakfast was prepared by our host, the Japanese style was so charming and it started a good day.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at En - The Suites Furano. We are a family of four, including two young kids (4 years and 1 years) and the accommodation was perfect for us, not to mention great hospitality from the hosts, Eugenia and Nick. The suite was great for our stay - very nicely put together, good size and facilities - inclusive of a kitchenette which was ideal for preparing meals as needed. The kids loved playing outside, taking walks around the nearby farms and watching all the farmers at work, as well as enjoying the lovely scenery of the snowcapped mountains. Although we went during an "off" season, there was still plenty to do. Eugenia and Nick were kind enough to suggest many different activities and outings that were suitable for us and also provide us with many restaurant recommendations which allowed us to enjoy many local delicacies during our stay. We would highly recommend staying at En for an enjoyable, all rounded experience.
