The staff and the food were amazing. They were willing to accomodate me last minute at dinner even though I'm a vegetarian. I really enjoyed talking with the owners over dinner. The free shuttle to ski areas and buses was awesome, and the location in a quieter part of town within walking distance of Ski Harp was perfect. The whole place was very cozy and inviting.

The cottage was beautiful and in immaculate condition. It was really cosy and had great facilities. The hosts, Takashi and Miki, were lovely, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful week in Hakuba and would definitely stay here again.

It was very cozy, clean and nicely done. We managed to cook one of our dinner there and the dishwasher is a blessing! The dryer was strong enough to dry out wet clothes too.
