We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed — a perfect blend of modern style with traditional Kyrgyz touches. It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The beds (and even the cushions!) were the most comfortable we’ve had in days, and the shower was fantastic. There’s also great parking and a supermarket within walking distance, which made things super convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent — they were so helpful and responsive. Honestly, if I could give it 11 out of 10, I would. Highly recommended!

A truly wonderful place surrounded by nature. A stream flows right in front of the property, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Batyr from the hotel contacted us directly and made sure everything went smoothly. We’re really grateful — and if we come back, we will DEFINITELY stay here again. The house is stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for 4 to 5 people. The breakfast was freshly prepared by hand, very clean, and absolutely delicious. Everything was just right. This property was well located, with restaurants, cafes and interesting sites all within walking distance. We loved our hosts Sergei, Ljuba and Bella, who made us feel very welcome - and with a bit of Google Translate to help us with our Russian, they made us feel totally at home. Our room with private bathroom was quirky, comfortable and clean, and perfect for our needs while visiting Karakol.
