I lost my things at subway , and me and my family don’t know what to do , so we ask one off the hotel staff member for help, he was very kind! He called all the subway station we might lost out things at. Even though, we didn’t find our things :( But I’m really thankful for all the things he had done for us! Me and my family would love to come to this hotel again! :)

“The place was warm and spotless, making my stay very comfortable. The subway station was close by, which made traveling super convenient. I also loved starting my mornings with a fresh cup of coffee from the Jura coffee machine. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The house was very cozy and comfy equipped with many useful small decorations, kitchen utensils and bedside lights. Close from the metro station Dunchondong, small supermarket, small restaurants and dunchon market. 2 bedrooms have both smart TVs. The staff is polite and check in and check out process was easy.

The property was very well equipped for our stay and the apartment so very well organised and thought out. The attention to detail is amazing. The host went above and beyond to meet our needs as we were travelling with a young baby and we had some additional requests. He was very attentive and caring, responding to our questions very quickly during our stay. The location is just perfect-away from the noise of the centre but very well connected and close to the metro. We loved all the restaurants, cafes and Seoul forest. Cannot recommend enough!

Very clean, great location - it was quiet while still being near the station and lively parts of Gangnam. Lots of coffee shops and a really nice bakery nearby too. Owner sent clear and easy to follow instructions on checking in and out, and responded quickly to questions. Overall, great stay.

Everything was fine. Nice apartment, nice neighborhood. The owner is extremely nice. Didn't immediately get how the hot water works, but its just one switch on button)

Fabulous hotel. The room was so comfortable and the products provided were exceptional. The staff were attentive and welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful! A treat to wake up to each day. The hotel is also in a great district with lots of places to eat close by, including vegan options! Just to note - the nearest metro stop is about ten minutes walk on an uphill path. Not a problem for us but might be worth noting if you have any mobility issues.
