The property is very new and well furnished. Fully kitted out kitchen and great outdoor space and a chilled indoor space too! It feels like you’re in a private villa! The shared female dorm is super clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are big and very very clean

With every detail attended to, from the tidy rooms to the serene surroundings, our stay was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Eresha went above and beyond to assist us with transit, sorting out SIM cards, and providing guidance on local attractions. Beautiful quaint place in the city..a private 2 bedroom apartment for ourselves. The host was there to greet us and show us around this beautiful place, complete with a kitchen, laundry area , a private garden, a terrace to lounge...the whole place was artistically and tastefully done up....we fell totally in love with it..spotlessly clean....in a quiet area... ...we just wish we could have stayed here for a few more days. The homecooked food was just divine....kudos Dharshana.....thank you for making the last day of a trip so perfect...a dream home indeed

Gorgeous little boutique hotel tucked away and so private. Easy walking distance to the beach, train station and to Galle road. I love Mount Lavinia for being so close to Colombo to explore but much quieter and more peaceful. The staff working there could not have been more helpful, they made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating. It’s a truly beautiful property. The breakfast was superb. Having lived in Colombo many years ago it was so wonderful to be back, to reminisce and have wonderful egg hoppers again! I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to escape the bustle of the city as you can easily jump in a tuk tuk and be in the centre in 30 mins yet can return to the peace and quiet.

Washing machine and Iron board also available. TV with Prime Video & Premium You Tube(Add free). Fast Wi-Fi access to our phones and laptops... Overall excellent. Installed with CCTV and can monitor form Ground Floor and Upstairs monitor in the hallway. Very Safe place.

It's a beautiful, impeccably appointed, independent room with a sitting area and a small courtyard. None of the cramped feel of some hotel rooms. Wide, comfortable bed. Good shower. It all seems new in Dec 2024. The charming host lives in the building and has clearly put a lot of thought into everything, right down to the complimentary ear plugs. I'm sensitive to street noise but I didn't find it a problem. The location is not exactly central but there are plenty of cafes/restaurants in the vicinity. The host is happy to advise if necessary.

After a few minor misunderstandings at the beginning, we were warmly welcomed into this little corner of paradise just outside Colombo. Thanks to Chandrika, a truly wonderful host, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of four, and each of us had a perfectly furnished private bedroom — a real comfort during our stay. The apartment is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. The residence itself is safe, with guards at the entrance, and offers excellent facilities: a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although slightly outside the city center, tuk-tuks made it easy and convenient to reach everything we needed. Breakfast, prepared daily by Chandrika, was always delicious, generous, and varied — a real highlight of our stay. In short, this place is not only worth trying once, but definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!

    I recently stayed at a room I rented for a few nights in Maharagama, Sri Lanka. While the location was outside Colombo, I found it to be incredibly peaceful away from the city hustle. The room itself was clean, simple, and excellent value for the price. What really stood out, though, was the landlord. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful, addressing all my queries and offering great tips about the area. I appreciated his hospitality and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay near Colombo.
