This property was perfect for our group of six. We found it to be extremely conveniently located, impeccably clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The availability of parking for approximately two cars (depending on their size) was a definite plus. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent flexibility regarding key collection and check-in/out procedures. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation

I stayed at the property with my two kids during our brief holiday in Srilanka. The place is cozy , clean, equipped with all necessary goods and all other facilities(banks , supermarkets , shops) in close proximity . Perfect for a home stay and kids friendly too . We absolutely love our time here! This place is pretty wonderful. We adore the layout of the property. The extra seating and kitchen area added a lovely touch to the space.The decor is stunning. I can tell a lot of time and work was put into this place! The linens and towels are of good quality. The handpainted murals add a great touch to the place. The owner is extremely helpful! I will 💯 recommend this place to anyone!

After a few minor misunderstandings at the beginning, we were warmly welcomed into this little corner of paradise just outside Colombo. Thanks to Chandrika, a truly wonderful host, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of four, and each of us had a perfectly furnished private bedroom — a real comfort during our stay. The apartment is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. The residence itself is safe, with guards at the entrance, and offers excellent facilities: a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although slightly outside the city center, tuk-tuks made it easy and convenient to reach everything we needed. Breakfast, prepared daily by Chandrika, was always delicious, generous, and varied — a real highlight of our stay. In short, this place is not only worth trying once, but definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!

This apartment is truly amazing. It's worth spending a day or two here. It meets the highest standards and the owner is a very courteous person. The view from the 35th floor is incredible. You don't have to pay so much money to visit the Lotus Tower, you can save yourself the expense... From here, you can see the whole of Colombo. I really enjoyed it, highly recommended.
