Excelent hotel with a great location and ambience! The hotel is right in the middle of the trail, so if you are doing that we could not choose a better location. The staff was super friendly and speak Portuguese! The room was modern and clean. The food from the restaurant was amazing!

Every now and then you stay in accommodation that makes you wish you were able to live in permanently, and consider redecorating your own house. This is one of those places. The owners have exquisite taste in terms of decor, and at the same time have created a comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Small details (you can try their impressive tea collection and enjoy the equally impressive record and CD collection) make this so much more than just another hotel/apartment. The staff in the cafe downstairs are very friendly, and for a drink and something light to eat I would not bother going anywhere else. Vianden is a lovely town to walk around, visit the castle or do a bit of hiking.

    Mme Simon is wonderful. She checked on me when I was sick. She puts on a super breakfast and kept coffee, tea and snacks available at all times. The property is on the rail trail to Larochette (10 minute bike ride) and it was really a great location for biking to Vianden, Echternach and Trier.

    Great location on the Mullerthal trail, but not on walking distance from a village. A very very good breakfast. A very kind owner. And you could take coffee, tea, muesli bars and fruit for free for during the hikes :)

    We brought our dog and were happy to be welcomed so kindly. We had plenty of space in our nice and clean room and enjoyed the great breakfast! Our hostess was extremly kind. Big up to her for all the hard word she does, alone, to keep this cosy place up and running. Would 100% recommend.

    This was an ideal choice for me set in nature just out of a small village. Large clean room including shower and basin - shared toilet nearby. Tea making and snacks in hallway was also good. Even without a car, as a walker I had good bus options close and lovely walks. Host was considerate and friendly and offers a varied breakfast to cater for all.

    We really liked the hospitality of the host. The facility is clean, calm and conviniently located in the nature so the hikes can be done from the spot, but also it wouldn't take longer than 30 min by car to reach any point of interest in Luxembourg. The breakfast served is delicious. We recommend this place.

    The property is located in a beautiful, quiet valley and was perfect for our exploration of the Luxembourg countryside and Luxembourg City itself. The Owner and Host of the property is a very warm and hospitable person who made us feel welcome and at home during our entire stay. The breakfast spread is super and any requests for an extra pot of coffee was met with a smile!
