The staff were accommodating by switching our room when I complained that the location of our room was not consistent with our booking request. After that, we were happy with the new location which wads quiet and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. I also like the charging drawer for our devices and there was lots of storage.

Warmly greeted upon arrival. Luggage taken to my room up 2 flights of stairs. Complementary drink delicious. Got great advice on local taco house - nearby and very good. Morning coffee great. Would stay here again - close to everything yet very quiet. Loved the decor. Felt at home. Thanks to all the friendly helpful staff.

It was super clean and the staff love their grounds. It is well looked after. Super polite service too. I was expecting a budget feel but it was so much more!

We loved everything about the Viceroy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. We want to thank Samantha and Oscar for the warm welcome and help during our stay. The property was very clean and everything looked even more stunning in real life compared to the pictures. The architecture is beyond compared. The food was great, too. We had dinner at Awacate and Cielomar and ate at the pool. We loved everything about our stay and would come back any time.

Fantastic hotel, lovely location. Had an upgrade to balcony room on arrival. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Courtesy boat to beach across harbour a bonus. Lovely breakast, and even better a Nespresso machine in the room to make proper coffee.
