The staff in this hotel were EXTREMELY kind, helpful and friendly (specially Gaia). The lobby is a perfect place to work and it it available 24 hrs. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Location is good and my check-in was very fast.

I lived on the seventh floor, everything was fine, the reception was nice, the receptionists were kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Close to the center, restaurants and cafes. I felt very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and arranged. I strongly recommend living here, they give you all the information. It will be my choice if I visit Rottendam. Everything was nice.. I spent 3 beautiful nights and my choice of accommodation was successful. I recommend it.

The location is right beside a beautiful nature park. It's 2 mins walk to the airport but very quiet and 2 mins walk to the bus stop that goes to Rotterdam centre. The bathroom is spacious, modern and clean compared to all the Ibis we've stayed in the past in different countries - it's the best so far. There are bicycles that you can rent for €16 for a day, we cycled through the beautiful park to Rotterdam centre and back. We loved it!
