The hotel location is very good, just a few minutes by walk from a metro station which takes you to the center in just about 10 minutes & the train station is located at the same place so you can get easily to other places in Portugal (we took the train to Lisbon from that station). The breakfast was good enough and all the staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. There are some nice shops and restaurants near the hotel & generally it's a very quiet place. The room was big enough & the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has also a very nice bar & generally looks very new and clean.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was rainy and cold weather outside, so we spent majority of our time inside. Funnily enough, I loved staying in the hotel more than city itself. The interior design of the common areas and rooms are so unique and luxurious that you feel the zen and relaxation the minute you enter the space. The staff is always available and very helpful. If you're interior designer - you must stay here. :) Portuguese-made bed linen and towels. European-made decor. Very good breakfast, savoury vegetarian option available (although you need to ask for plant-based milk). The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient option with delicious pizza. The hotel breakfast was good enough. If you checkout earlier than the breakfast, the staff will provide the super lovely breakfast box (water, juice, fruit, sandwich, croissant) on request. I must admit that this hotel presents like a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful property. Very central. Outstanding staff. Wonderful breakfast. Very comfortable bed in a beautiful room. This is an outstanding hotel in every way. We would highly recommend to anyone. The staff were so helpful. Nothing was a problem. Especially Julie who welcomed us and gave us wonderful advice. All the staff went out of their way to help us.

    The views were exceptional and the hotel itself was like a time capsule. Very good value for such a central location with such great views over the city, plus it's pet friendly! For us, it was a real bonus having a bath tub as that's usually hard to find.

    The hotel has a very central location. It has been renovated with attention to details. The interior design is outstanding. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast selection was big and good quality. They are very pet friendly and a small package of treat and a pillow was waiting for our dog in the room.

    The apartment is perfect! New and very cosy! We found everything we needed in there. Location is good. The host Irene is very friendly and warm person who met us in the apartment, showed everything and was always online on WhatsApp from the day I booked the apartment untill the day we left. We arrived with a car and we got the parking place in the garage under the apartment. The main thing, we were traveling with a dog, and it is not easy to find acomondations with the dog. But the host of this place is pet friendly! 10/10 ❤
