A great place as a "base" for exploring the area - brilliant for anyone into hiking and nature! And staying here supports the work of Rewilding Portugal. I would say the place is halfway between a hostel and a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and there was heating available, which was needed as it was unusually cold at the time during my stay. The room was attractively furnished and clean. The communal areas also felt comfortable and well thought-out.

Booked this accommodation as an overnight stop, loved it so much that might come back! it's a little set of houses in the middle of the mountain, super cosy! Check in was super easy with a pin code, the staff was very responsive every time I called, when I walked in the house was warm, they had little details like water by the bed side table and coffee capsules (this makes a huge difference!), pet friendly, love! Keep doing the great work! Will come back for sure :)
