The block itself is not new, but the apartment is freshly renovated and nicely decorated to make you feel at home. I can say for sure that this was the best house we have ever been to! Silence, we took a break from the city. Very friendly owner of the house, he will literally tell you everything there is in the area! The rooms are perfect, clean, view from the window, relaxation area, billiards, outdoor jacuzzi, another huge plus is that pets are allowed. We came with our cat (and she also liked the house) I think this is my dream house!
