Great location, very gracious host who was very helpful in organizing taxis, moped rental and breakfast. The villa was very clean and made up every day. The breakfast was exceptional and good value. Very comfortable bed!

Talk about feeling like royalty, WOWZA!! From the moment you drive up the hill and see it, you know you're in for a wonderful time. The space is FABULOUS!! Meticulously clean and maintained. Everything in the house is imported from China so it is of the highest quality and technology. The SALT WATER POOL IS AMAZING!!! Stunning views. COLD AC in every room. Hot, strong, water in every bedroom. Inviting couch, large and smart TV with cable. Functional kitchen. Washer that is also a dryer. Covered parking for motorbike or car. Gated community. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, responsive, and caring. Its a perfect escape from the city chaos with plenty of food and drink and beach options, not to mention TWO 7-11's at the bottom of the hill! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we're in Koh Samui!

    The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach. Hotel was quiet due to the time of year, which was perfect to relax. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Peter, who works in bar/restaurant. We initially booked in for 4 days and ended up staying for 12 days. Paddleboard kayak and bike free to use by the guests, which is a nice touch. Would hopefully like to return and would 100% recommend to anyone visiting koh samui. Missing sitting on that beach with those views and sunsets already.
