The place is cosy, old family house in the very nice are - closer to beach (300 m). This is great place for family or Group of friends trip. You have 3 seperate rooms, two toilets and salon with Kitchen. On Kitchen lever there is also a small terrace with furniture - great for dinner. Second terrace is on the roof. There is a planty of space for 4-5 persons. Nearby you will find beach bar - not tourist focused one but rather for locals. Offer is not very extensive but with very interesting local food and very cheap (like really really cheap). You can easy park your Car on the Street and you need a Car, because the house is located a little off the nearby city. There are few hotels nearby but the shop/market is like 6 km away. In general we had great time - the house is located 24 km from Side and 40 km from Alanya. Great place to visit both locations.

The apartment is beautiful. I come every year and this is the nicest place I've stayed in. The location is also excellent. Sunset beach club picks up and drops off. The old town isn't far and the local bars and restaurants are great and excellent value for money as well. The owner Dilek is lovely and checked in with me a few times during the stay to make sure I was OK and to see if I needed anything. Could not be happier, and can't wait to return.

Lovely welcoming hosts, made all to help us and to make our stay absolutely pleasant, helped with any thing we asked, was it early breakfast or additional duvet. Clean and cozy room with balcony, quiet place, 5 min by feet to shopping street with restaurants. Good breakfast, tasty and fresh. Highly recommended!

Everythig was good ! Room was clean and comfortable, the food delicius , and there is lot of space in the garden and on the pool ... Ther is no craud, that is important to mi :) The beach is close and the sataff is nice. Good price. See you next year !

it was an amazing stay in the small hotel, friendly staff and beautiful environment. double jacuzzi in the wooden bungalow, very comfortable and nice room. the breakfast and dinner were served in beautiful lemon and other citrus trees terrace with an amazing sea view.

Prestige Villa is an incredibly lovely place, with wery sweet and helpful hosts. We stayed in a fantastic, lovely house with great furnishings and a private pool. The living room is well-furnished, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all necessary. There is a bathroom and a private terrace on each floor, making the house very spacious and suitable for sharing. The garden was cozy with flowers and bushes, and we enjoyed many hours in the pool, which was always perfectly clean. Truly a wonderful place that we would love to wisit again.

The apartment is bright and spacious and has everything that you need for a vacation in Side. There is a balcony for sitting out on. The master bedroom is very big and has lovely furnishings. The living room is comfortable and has a tv for when you want some rest time. The kitchen is well kitted out for preparing both snacks and main meals. It was a pleasure to stay here and Arzu is lovely, bringing extra items for the apartment and ready to help.
