To say it short, everything was excellent. From the booking service, the room, the decoration, the whole place, the free drinks and desert, the onsen in our room, the whole spa, the view, the food quality, the breakfast offered a big range of different food to eat and whole of a good quality and fresh. Next time I go to Taiwan, I'll certainly go there again. If you go there and have some free time, go visit the nearby indigenous museum, it's only 10 minutes by foot.

    The staff were very kind and made us feel comfortable during our stay. They helped arrange a driver when needed and gave us good food recommendations. The owner even gave us a second room free to accommodate us all as he didn't think we'd fit in the room we reserved. The location was great as we could walk to dinner on the main road, the Family Mart and the other direction to the Wood Sculpture Museums and craft shops. Breakfast was good as well, variety of dishes.

    The owner was super friendly when we checked in he greeted us and guide us to the room and carried our luggages. Although there is not much food around there and its a Monday, the owner recommended us a restaurant that can ordered food directly and deliver to us. As we checked in around 6pm, and Monday there are lots of stores closed, it was still a pleasant day in this hotel and room was very big too. And they got fat and nice cats around that my daughters love to play with.
