Typical motel with everything clean and functional. No issues with anything. A good Safeway 6mins walk to buy breakfast and dinner goods. Otherwise not much in Burney.

An excellent stay in Burney. We stayed here as we visited Lassen and Burney falls. Burney falls was just 15 mins drive from the property. This is an exceptional motel with super comfortable and clean beds with all basic needs. No complains at all! Would definitely recommend this motel to someone who is visiting this beautiful small town!

The staff was most kind and helpful. The room was wonderful - two full bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. The location was excellent. All in all a great experience!

    Good , it was to be expected in a tiny town. The bed was comfortable, the shower was clean, the floor had laminate not stinky carpet . This room was located near trail heads and beautiful Lassen park. These hotels are a warm room in the forest
