I’ll stay here again when I travel to Ann Arbor. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. Service and breakfast were great. Having guest laundry on the premises was very helpful.

I found it a perfect place to spend a few days in Ann Arbor to visit my daughter studying at Ross. The staff are very friendly , while not invasive of privacy. The rooms are spacious and well fitted. It counts with a nice gym and indoor pool. In my view it offers an outstanding quality-price value. I will deffinetly stay at the Kensington in my next visit to Ann Arbor. We didn't eat breakfast. We just got coffee at the stand on the main floor. We ate dinner the night before and we each had a drink. The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The bartender, wait staff, front desk, valet, etc., exceeded our expectations. They made us feel like family! They weren't rushed to move people along, they struck up conversation and we're engaged in their service. Unlike other hotels, the Graduate has an ambiance reminiscent of the 1940's. When people truly took the time to engage with each other with wonderful hospitality. We've also stayed at the Graduate in East Lansing. Our daughter was interviewing at Concordia for graduate school. Ann Arbor will always have a place in our hearts as a beacon of greatness and beauty.

There is no breakfast. They said that booking . com was mistaken and needs to take that down for their site. There is coffee and granola bars. It was noisy from the freeway, but when they moved us to another room it was better. Also the floors were dirty in both rooms we stayed in. The first room had a few cockroaches and dead bugs in the corners of the room. We were there 3 nights visiting family. Liked the area and Captain Joes Bar and grill was wonderful. Good food and happy hour which was so needed after driving up from Florida.
