The price is reasonable. The place is clean. The bed was comforable. The TV worked.. The little fridge with freezer worked so we had room for ice packs and food for the trip. The AC worked. It was close to the interstate, close to a reasonable gas station, close to restaurants - because Emporia is a nice small town.

    Pet friendly! Always a plus for us as I have a 95 lbs. GSD service animal. First floor room with a king bed. Well maintained room and bathroom. Lots of towels, shower worked well with good hot water pressure. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows. TV, microwave, and fridge all worked well. Good breakfast with multiple choices from hot scrambled eggs and sausage links to cold cereal and yogurt to bagels and fresh fruit.

    One of the cleanest budget hotels I have stayed in. Pet friendly only a $10 fee. Pretty standard basic hotel, but the room I had was quite large with both a table and a desk, and it is clear that unlike many budget hotels, at this one the walls and carpet are regularly cleaned because it did not feel grimy as so many of them do. Would definitely recommend, especially given the price.

    Quiet location. Outskirts of town, so away from restaurants, etc. But that was fine. Exercise area for pets, which are allowed to stay for small charge. Friendly and flexible people. Comfy bed and pillows. Necessities like microwave, fridge, shampoo, ice maker a couple doors down. Easy to find room. Regular key; no frills that keep cost down. Small table and 2 chairs. Extra blamket in dresser. TV and free WiFi. Late checkout, 11 a.m.

    No pets which is great for me since I'm allergic to dogs. The breakfast was good and hot. the coffee was also good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and very friendly!
