Annetta at check-in was very friendly and welcoming and professional. She got us checked in in just a couple of minutes and seemed eager to serve us. She gave us a warm first impression of the hotel. This might sound strange but I liked the high-quality fixtures in the bathroom sink and shower/tub.

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, good mini gym, pool and hot tub, amazing breakfast and close to the airport. The were a problem with the shuttle bus collecting us but the man at the desk very early in the morning sorted us out straight away and gave us a to go bag with snacks.
