The location is right off the main road from the interstate but it was very quiet no traffic noise There are multiple places within walking distance to eat The room was great fantastic a/c and super comfy bed. Washer and dryer in the hallway was very handy

From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of your staff were evident. The front desk team was not only efficient but also genuinely welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I could have hoped for. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was remarkable. Fortunately I got chance to interact with the owner of the hotel. I must say Mr. Sam is such a generous person. He is extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati was nothing short of exceptional. The level of service, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction set your establishment apart. I would like to extend my gratitude to your entire team for making my visit so memorable. The person at the front desk I believe his name was AJ was absolutely phenomenal. I did not request a preference and he moved my room to the third floor to accommodate my last minute request. Nancy who runs the breakfast is absolutely phenomenal we've been coming there for years she is Pleasant the breakfast area is perfect all the time she keeps that place as neat as a pin and she's been doing it for years. She runs the best breakfast service I have ever seen and we travel all over!
