We mostly dealt with the receptionists. They were all friendly & lovely, especially the agent we dealt with originally. He was on shift most evenings of our stay & he always helped us whenever we had an issue. I forgot to get his name, but he was lovely. The room was clean when we first checked-in, however it's only cleaned sporadically. The fixings in the rooms are a little bit dated & worn out. It's in a good location, a few minutes away from the local shops & an expressway.

This is such a wonderful home on lake Pocotopaug. We are almost afraid to give a review because we enjoyed our stay so much, and we are sure we will be coming back again and we don’t want too many people to know how good it is because it won’t be available then. The house has a beautiful view to the lake, especially nice is the upper deck. The house is equipped with canoes and kayaks, and you can swim from the dock. The kitchen has everything you need or want, including a lovely dinner table with view to lake. Kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, oven and there is also a gas grill just out the door. Basic items for cooking like salt, pepper, spices, sauces are also provided, which is very convinient. Multiple TVs and Alexas in almost every room and even one on the porch outside. Everything is very clean and modern. The coffee/tea corner has everything including a nice Nespresso machine. There are also plenty of towels provided, also a washing maschine and dryer is available. The host Kris makes you very welcome , and in their welcome book you find everything about the house, places to eat , things to do. We hope to come back soon.
