It was very clean, no carpets in the room which was perfect. The restroom and bedsheets were clean. The rooms had high ceilings, the windows were big with a nice view. Late check out was great!

The location is stunning, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel is clean and has lits of facilities.the staff are polite and helpful. Angela on the front desk was especially helpful. We had a situation with our car breaking down and having to be towed and Angela could not have been more helpful. She is an asset to this hotel.

The ladies at the front desk were angels. Very accomodating and sweet. I'm from Canada and had a TERRIBLE racist experience at the microtel in lithonia l and was looking for another place to stay to complete my trip. It was a bit out of my way and I didn't have the best phone reception but the ladies at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and like family. And unlike the last place when I explained I needed a late check out due to waiting for my ride they didn't hesitate to let me wait it out as oppose to create a scene and call the cops on a female in a completely country. I honestly was planning on going back to Canada after that experience and this stay just made me realise not everyone is like this in Georgia and the southern hospitality among the native Georgians is still a real thing. I actually was looking to make a review the very same day I left because the little small acts of Kindness from literally every single staff made a HUGE difference and they didn't even know my previous experience. The room was clean and comfy but it really was the ladies that gave me an internal boost to thug it out a little longer in Georgia. I'm a singer who came to work on some music projects and my spirit was honestly dampened and they brought it right back up.Thank you ladies I will definitely be back again! The Breakfast was disappointing! Also having the very small display of item right at the front desk was extremely uncomfortable!! And the dining room was not inviting with nasty trash bins all over the place!! And other days it was blocked with chairs!!??
