Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Skowhegan

Excellent location, which is why I chose the Belmont.

Cost, cleanliness, big bed, room had all the necessities including coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Motel is easily accessible from the highway and in a good location to walk to the restaurant we like, "The Heritage House."

The motel is conveniently located in the center of Skowhegan. The rooms were clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable! I like that the room had a couch, fridge, and TV as well. The owner Alex accommodated us with an earlier check-in time and was notably friendly from our first interaction, when booking to our last, when we checked out :-)

Belmont was conveniently located near a family event. The staff was very accommodating even though I had to alter my original plans. They were able to add extra guests and not make and of us feel packed in together. Greeted us upon arrival and gave information needed. Rooms were clean and well designed.

Location is on the edge of town right next to McDonalds, with a shopping center quite close and across the highway. We skipped the breakfast as it was quite minimal. We were attending an event in Waterville and all the accommodations closer were either sold out or much more expensive so we thought we'd try Skowhegen and the Belmont. It's not deluxe but it is clean, the value is quite good, and the front desk was friendly. We'd stay here again.
