The breakfast vouchers for a restaurant meal in the Grille was a very nice change from the regular buffet style. The decor, especially in the foyer where there was a was a lit fireplace was terrific. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

Excellent location just outside of Black Mountain. Quiet location with easy access to Black Mountain and area. Beautiful grounds and 200-year-old heritage trees. History of this 200-year-old ex-stagecoach stop. Simple but comfortable with quite a bit of simple art deco period furnishings and art.
