Located at the top of a mountain hill away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. You can see a big part of the Attersee from the road to the apartment. If you are an astronomy enthusiast (which I'm too), this is a good place to observe the night sky unobstructed of light pollution. I could even see a part of the Milky way in the morning. There is an observatory nearby but I'm not sure if it's accessible to the public. The host is a kind lady who speaks English.

Outstanding view, great restaurant with attentive staff (try the Marillenknödel!), awesome breakfast, free parking, animal-friendly, lovely private beach with free rowboat and SUPs (and turquoise water!); and all at a great price. Very nice location, beautiful view, super friendly staff on a wonderful farm house! You can have fresh bread for your morning coffee every day and buy goat cheese from the farm. House is very warm in winter months, very good wifi, comfy beds and bathroom, kitchen has everything one need for cooking. Highly recommended!

The manager of the hotel was super helpful, he automatically upgraded our room when he saw us. Very clean room and barthroom. Breakfast was rich. We had some meals at the hotel restaurant, the food served was very delicious.
