The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. Very nice and cozy appartement, I loved the stylish and topical design for the region, bed was comfortable. Communication with the staff was excellent, they guided us very well how to access the appartement out of office hours of the reception. The possibility to reserve a parking space is great, because parking around the house is not easy.

Hotel guests can park their car at reduced rates in the nearby Altstadtgarage. The staff is absolutely amazing. Super helpful and super kind. The rooms are very comfortable, very cozy and very clean. They also have an excellent breakfast. Good range of choices and very cozy atmosphere. It is in a super location, right in the city center, in the old town. really easy to reach.

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got a room upgrade. Very nice spa 24/7, clean big rooms, fluffy bath robes, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Situated in Wattens, 19 km from Ambras Castle, DION Hotel Wattens features a bar and views of the mountain. With a terrace, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is set 19 km from Innsbruck Central Station. After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.

Spacious apartment and very elegant, modern, and up to date. Access was easy and clearly explained. Loved this place!
