The property is allergy-free and is situated 2.5 km from Bois de la Cambre. 1. The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds. 2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach. 3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

Roomy bath was spacious and parking just next to hotel (indigo) for €18 per day and €2.8 per hour.

Guests can benefit from complimentary hot drinks. We arrived late on a Sunday night, the hotel owner had already given me a ring about 8pm to make sure we hadn't gotten lost. Finding the hotel was easy, and the free car park was a real bonus. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. We paid for breakfast and that was worth every penny. All in all we had a great night stay on our way home from England and would definitely stay again.

The 18th-century salon 'Guild of the Taylors' includes a fireplace and offers a cosy ambiance to relax. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It had everything you needed. A great selection for breakfast, hot and cold. Really friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel is located in the very heart of Bruges, very close to the St. Salvators Cathedral and the Market Square. Several shopping streets are nearby. perfect central location. WONDERFUL attention to detail from the candle scent in the reception the themed trees in the room. I cannot say what I liked because I adored all of it - the embossed towels, the tapestry cushions, the comfy lounge chairs and the stunning breakfast - both food and location.

The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Brussels’ main tourist attractions, making it ideal for both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Without a doubt, this hotel deserves a visit. If I return to Brussels, I will absolutely choose to stay here again
