Let's start with the receptionist - a lovely guy who was there to help us with everything and answer all of our questions. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view of the surroundings. It had everything inside that was necessary. I did not have the need to ask for anything. I will definitely come back.

The accomodation is nicely located, very close to one of the chair lifts ( Lift 1 Studenets) that takes you to the Lift 2 Studenets from where you can go everywhere. However it is not easy to reach the ski lift or to come back to the accomodation if you follow the steep way . You must be in good shape to climb it on the way back to the hotel, after 3-4 hours of skiing. My younger son, 6 years old was not able to do it having ski boots, without an adult support. It was clean, warm and very well equiped. It is at the edge of the huge trees. Very nice view. The host was very helpfull. After all very nice value for the money.

Set in Pamporovo and 350 metres away from the nearest ski lift, Sunny Hills Ski&Wellness boasts a barbecue and surcharge wellness centre. The breakfast was great , diverse choice of everything and freshly made. The coffee is instant which couldbe improved by using filter coffee but is still very nice

High Five Villas and Firefly Apartments are situated Elit Pamporovo Complex. The closest ski lifts are at the Malina ski center - 800 meters away. We loved everything. But first thing we need to mention is Anatoly our host (and then Alex). They were great. Very warm and welcoming and helped us with everything and were very generous! We even played volleyball together which was great fun. The villla itself has everything you need and more. Very clean and tidy. Great location. Just what we wanted. So we highly recommend staying there. And again we all wish to thank Anatoly ! We would love to come back in the future.

Great location - few minutes walk from town centre/main restaurants/shops etc. Its only a 10-15 minute drive to Pamporovo from Chepelare). Great host - Chris is amazing, really friendly, always happy to help, took me to Pamporovo ski resort every day first thing in the morning (he works there as a ski instructor - so you’re the first on the slopes. And as I was travelling alone, he kindly introduced me to other traveller friends to have good company. He made sure I had the best first time ski experience, I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Cosy room - really comfortable, had everything I needed, he provided me with a hairdryer when needed - and I loved the view across the town from the fourth floor, especially for sunset and sunrise. All of this for a great price! Really loved being up in the mountains in this peaceful friendly town. Definitely plan to stay again!

The room was very clean and cozy, the owner was always very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant for dinner and the food was really good. We also had a nice breakfast included in the price!

Large and comfy apartment, provided with everything you need in your kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It was the warmest period of the year but we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. The facility keeps a nice constant temperature. No mosquitoes :) Clean and tidy. The host Mariana is very polite and responsive and we had easy and effective communication.
