Exceptionally clean, very clear directions with easy check in. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and water which was greatly appreciated in the heat that we arrived. Great value.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool with hot mineral water, Hotel Starosel is located on the outskirts of the village of Starosel and is decorated in traditional Bulgarian style with natural materials like wood, stone and wool. It has a piano bar with karaoke and its own winery. My favorite place in Bulgaria, the staff is exceptionally friendly, the wine is amazing and the food is delicious. The facilities are well kept, the property is tastefully decorated in a traditional Bulgarian style with modern amenities. The spa treatments were excellent. My happy place in Bulgaria!

A very comfortable place, with a perfect host. There are shops nearby and parking is possible. I checked in earlier than usual, which I am grateful for. The studio was spotless. I would stay again.
