The owner is very polite and friendly - we kept communicating whenever needed. Highly recommended.

The air conditioner was turned on as we have arrived (mid July) and it was very cool and fresh in the appartment. There are hookers for the towels in the bathroom (great!) which is not the case in 90% of appartments in Bulgaria (based on my experience). Comfortable sleeping places. There is a small isolated hall if one needs to work in a quiet space.
