The accommodation features a lift, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. We absolutely loved this apartment. The apartment sits in a convenient part of the city with close access to the teleferico (aerial cable car system). The apartment is off a main avenue and has plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. within a short walk. The apartment building felt extremely safe with key code controlled access. The apartment is very well fitted out, in great condition and very well maintained. It had great internet and web TV. The apartment is accessed via an elevator which is great in La Paz with the altitude. Very good kitchen, washing machine which was very nice, and great bathrooms. Absolutely the best bathrooms, showers and hot water we had seen in our 5 weeks of travel in Bolivia. The apartment also had a good heater for those colder nights. Our host Nico was outstanding. Helped with everything from restaurant recommendations, coffee shops and more. He was always quick to help and assist. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment to any of our friends visiting La Paz.

Breakfast and dinner were nice.

The boats that leave Copacabana to the island of the sun, leave at 8.00am and at 01.30pm The host was very attentive and available when we needed but mostly allowed us our space. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Bolivia and accommodated our dietary requirements - she checked with us beforehand what would be suitable. Beds were comfortable and shower warm. View was incredible and such a special spot in the world. About halfway between the Pilkokaina port and Yumani port. Wifi available but in and out, but surprised there's even WiFi at all. Would recommend to anyone staying on Isla del Sol. Heater in room was perfect during breakfast but beds are warm enough that the temp wasn't an issue during the night.

Breakfast was delicious but I def loved finding a garden in the heart of the city. Staff helped me book tours and a transfer also recommened nice places to eat close to the Hotel

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. Oh it is enchanting ! To say that this island is paradise is an understatement but this hotel makes it even more of a haven. Contrary to most places that have a sun deck or a garden, here, you get your own private bungalow with private terrace and lounge chairs plus 2 gardens, and being high up on the hill, the views are stunning. The room is very spacious, with a super comfy bed and a living room area with 2 huge windows overlooking the lake and Illampu( which you also see from the bed). The bathroom is sparkling clean and large. There’s a heater that works so you sleep very well. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, as is dinner. We stayed 2 nights, wishing we had stayed longer. But the very best of all is Sonia and her children who are so nice and welcoming and will do anything possible to make you happy. They arranged for donkeys to carry our luggage, I recommend you do;) Really really can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Located a 10-minute walk from Sopocachi Teleferico Station, El Museo Hotel Boutique offers accommodation in La Paz. Free WiFi access is available and guests are served a complimentary Continental breakfast daily. We had a great time here. Most places and transports are within walking distance even if some hills are a bit challenging to climb. Staff is very helpful. It is nice that the breakfast changes a little each day. We would definitely enjoy coming back here.
