Even if you've never felt comfortable around dogs before, Stephen's dog Nico will help you overcome your fear. Nico is a well-balanced dog that everyone will love. We stayed there for a week and would definitely stay again if we were to vacation in the region. We never got bored during our time there or in the area. The view of Deer Lake is magnificent. The location made our trip memorable - right on the St. John’s Harbour and walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants in Historic downtown. We walked everywhere, using our hotel as a base - including to the Battery. We loved the little coffee shop in our lobby, great atmosphere, modern, very clean, and our bed linens and toiletries all smelled amazing. Free parking provided in their parkade.
