Staff were exceptional - exceeded our expectations the whole stay. They were accommodating and understanding of a late check-out due to our trip up to Fronalpstock and hitting bad weather which set us back late for check-out. The lodge was super cosy, comfortable and the facilities - Saunas were exceptional, well needed and our favourite part aside form the hike. The view from our room was sensational.. I could go on and on!! We only wish we had stayed longer.

It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!

We arrived late, they kept the kitchen open and prepared an amazing meal. We were on a motorcycle trip and Claudia provided some great advise on the best roads to ride, we took here advise and the next day we had a brilliant ride through the Swiss Alps, thank you Claudia it was amazing.

Fronalpstock Hotel & Restaurant is situated in Stoos, 1922 metres above sea level and next to the 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock and 6er Sesselbahn. Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. We loved everything about this hotel. Unfortunately we had a bad luck with the weather during our stay and we didn’t manage to enjoy the view which made us really really sad. But it’s no one’s fault obviously. The staff otherwise were welcoming, always smiling and very helpful. We loved our small room, the chalet cozy vibes as well as the delicious food. Also had so much fun with their baby goats. Wish I can come back one day to see the views too.

Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The apartment was wonderful. They had everything you could ask for. There was a play area for my little one. She loved playing with all the toys and enjoyed herself a lot. The kitchen comes with everything you may need and much more. Toaster, salad spinner, multiple sharp knives plus some basic staples. The hosts Ramona and Steffano were very good, quick to reply, and help us out with any issues. They even left us so many delightful gifts around the house. I would love to come back here. The only apartment in switzerland that made us want to stay in. Loved it. Highly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to lucerne. It is slightly far from lucerne city but there is a station nearby.
