Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

Very nice, new apartment just outside of Puerto Montt. It has a kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms, closet room and a parking spot although we didn't use it since parking in front of the building was safe and more convenient. There are a few nice restaurants and cafes around. If you have a car it's a good location for the trips to the surrouding areas since you usually don't have drive through the city.

The cabin itself was stylish and airy. We loved using the grill and the hot tub as well. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful. We ordered the breakfast one morning and it was delicious, with plenty for leftovers. This was an exceptional experience!
