The whole staff is very helpful and always available. They helped us find a great river cruise and told us how to walk to the Reed Flute Cave, both of which are well worth it. It's in a cute village with good places to eat (one restaurant accepts Visa). The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic and very healthy.
