山の景色を望むSerene Vale Inn offers a complimentary one-way high-speed rail pickup service for guests staying two nights or... It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.

The view from the balcony is awesome. Very nice owner who speaks English. He took me to the bus station with his own car. They have a cook. Very nice breakfast, coffee, dinner, beer etc available. Nice area for hikes.

Set just about a 5-minute drive from Reed Flute Cave, 2 km from the centre of Guilin City, The Beyond Villa Guilin Boutique Hotel sits close to Taohua River and is surrounded by greenery and silence... We had a great time in Beyond Villa Guilin. The whole staff is very helpful and always available. They helped us find a great river cruise and told us how to walk to the Reed Flute Cave, both of which are well worth it. It's in a cute village with good places to eat (one restaurant accepts Visa). The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic and very healthy.

Hotels stuff very friendly, they are always there for you. I really recommend to explore Lakeside Resort. Thank you for the Lakeside stuff, you guys made us really have great memories in Guliln.

The staff are so friendly and let you feel home ,welcome you with water, juice and watermelon even in the middle of the night.also the guide is so nice and offer very good insights and unforgettable moments ,i highly recommend this hotel ,also u get free scooter ,free laundry

The Giggling Tree was just perfect! It is an amazing hotel - friendly and welcoming, lovely room with amazing views, wonderful staff and restaurant. Laura was simply brilliant and made some great food recommendations. Eating in the quaint courtyard restaurant area was perfect, especially the Beer fish from the Lijiang River! Great dumplings too! And the pool was a nice bonus with fantastic views. Good bicycles to rent and trips/taxis can be organised. We'd love to return again one day - the scenery is simply unforgettable! Thank you Laura!
