There was nothing not to like. Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

She helped us with everything, got us tickets, and gave us important information. She was always attentive. She gave us ice cream and a gift at the end of our stay. I highly recommend the hotel, its location, and the staff.

The hotel has an amazing location, in the middle of the mountains, located closely to the Middle Gate of the national park. Rooms are wonderful and so is the pool, which gives you the ultimate holiday vibes. The staff is incredibly friendly and immediately welcome you like a friend. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s planning to go to Zhangjiajie!

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with a desk and a TV. Just next to the ancient town, the owner was extremely helpful and spoke English. Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.
