It is actually a local residential building, therefore do not expect for a reception.

You can ask for people to clean during your stay without having to pay an extra fee. There is a direct acces to a mall with a lot to places to eat shop. Also, direct access to the metro station. The place is very central and by metro we could reach all the places we wanted to see in less than a 30 minutes ride. In our bedroom there was a movie projector and we could watch films in english. If we ever comeback to Shanghai we would stay there again.

The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby.
