Grace showed me some walks and let me practice my Spanish with her. The bed was comfy and I used the washer and drier. The kitchen is well equipped, it even has a kettle for tea.

Nice neighbourhood outside the touristy areas. A lot of thoughtful details, like an umbrella and tea and coffee to use. Overall, wonderful stay.

Jonathan, the owner, was amazing. Great communication and always looking to make our trip easy and pleasant.

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.
