I forgot to take pictures, but the lodge was absolutely gorgeous, and our room had all that you needed for visiting Cahuita. - The pet must not be left alone in the room Very nice bungalow with full Equipment kitchen and big bathroom. Silent place and a nice garden where you can see different kinds of animal in the morning when you have breakfast on the terrace. The owner life there and when you need anything the help you with all. It Was one of the best place in CR where we stay. Chauita is a traditionell place and ypu have nice Restaurants next to the bungalow orjust 15min the walk to the Center. Puerto Viejo is much expensive and to bussy with a lot of people. Good for visit for one day.

Located in Cahuita, a few steps from Negra, Cabinas Algebra provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Providing a bar, the property is located within 24 km of Jaguar Rescue Center. The hostel also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Very quiet, pleasant surroundings. I could hear the surf from our cabin. Nice deck to sit on and enjoy the surroundings.

3 km from Negra, Plaza Tucanito is a recently renovated property situated in Cahuita and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Beautiful property and grounds, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, clean bathroom, air conditioning (big plus for someone who sleep in cool temp), awesome swimming pool all by ourselves, warm and personable hosts (Fabiola, Markus and David are super friendly and helpful)! The location cannot be better! It is quiet, safe yet just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants and Cahuita National Park. We took the great advice from other travelers to stay in Cahuita area rather than Puerto Viejo!! There are great restaurant options in Puerto Viejo but too busy and run down for our liking. We love our stay at Plaza Tucanito where allow us to explore beautiful beaches nearby and plenty of dining options in Cahuita town. Cahuita National Park is definitely a must visit! We went in the morning and saw tons of wildlife and enjoyed the calm and beautiful Playa Blanca! We also enjoyed Playa Grande en Cahuita : )

Mary is a beautiful kind person, a great yoga teacher and also a good chef as she cooked us an amazing dinner and breakfast in the jungle; she made our staying a unique experience.

Casa Moes, a property with a garden, is located in Cahuita, 48 km from Moin Port. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.2 km from Negra, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 25 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. Everything. Very nice I'll be back.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 26 km from Jaguar Rescue Center. Of all our accommodations in Costa Rica, this one was the most nature-oriented. Waking up to the sound of birds singing and howler monkeys was absolutely perfect. We saw toucans and hummingbirds in the garden. Even though the house is right next to the jungle, we really felt safe. The main road along the coast is very busy, so we can only recommend choosing accommodations like this one, which is a little further away from the road. Thank you for everything!
