Professional, friendly, and effective staff. Good vibes. Great restaurant. The room was spacious, clean, and had very good beds. We came with a cat and they provided everything you can imagine to welcome us and our furry friend. This was a great experience!

The hotel is in the perfect zone of you don’t want to be in the turist masses. Great accessibility. Really it’s the place you should stay!

We had never heard of the B&B chain as we don’t have it in New Zealand so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we loved the central location (so close to the bustling Puerta del Sol, yet felt safe and secure). Our room was spacious, clean and had an awesome rain shower. We loved the daily breakfasts and the cafeteria was such a great addition to the hotel. We loved having our breakfast there, enjoying the fresh fruit and coffee machine. We wished we had booked more B&B Hotels for the rest of our travels in Europe.

The staff were very pleasant, breakfast was diverse and the restaurant on the roof had an amazing view. The location is very good and so close to Atocha train station.

I love the attention to detail by Juan who went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay and also wanted to thank Javi for greeting me every night with a smile even when it's 3 am in the morning! 10/10!
