The day before we arrived, I received a text from the owner Olivier with details of the property and asked if we would like dinner. I text Olivier, ten minutes before arrival, as requested and he sent a video of the road to take. He was there on arrival and asked if we would like to use the pool for an hour. We had this to ourselves and it was lovely after a long, hot journey. The room was gorgeous, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was spotless. There was a tassimo machine and kettle in the room. Me and my husband were the only ones for dinner and Olivier and his son had made homemade burgers and the best chips I've ever tasted. Breakfast was a lovely spread with fresh bread, croissants and pain au choc on each table. There is also a sauna onsite and you can book a massage too. An excellent place to chill. The town of Loan is close and there is lots to explore locally.

After a bit of a difficult bike ride ( weather ) it was just lovely to be greeted by Aga and a cold beer offered. Perfect. Lovely room, fantastic steamy hot shower and it just kept getting better….. Home cooked dinner by Aga was just fantastic. More & more kept arriving!! If you’re a couple or a solo traveler then BOOK HERE ! It doesn’t get any better than this.
