This perfect little haven in the Petite France area of Strasbourg was an ideal base to explore this beautiful historic city. This renovated old building has everything - character, history, vintage furniture and modern facilities. We visited Strasbourg during the Christmas Market and while it was only a few minutes walk to the major market squares and the local restaurants, the immediate vicinity was pretty quiet - almost no vehicle traffic and just a few pedestrians, who mostly seemed to be taking their kids to the school opposite. We only saw one staff member (I’m sure there must be others) but he was very welcoming and informative, giving us good tips on where to go. We loved our room, which was very nicely furnished, but also had plenty of power points, a device charger on the desk and the most fantastic shower.

The European Parliament is a 10-minute tram ride away and free WiFi is available throughout the property. So close to everything, train station and the centre of town. Breakfast is amazing. Best breakfast in over a month travelling, particularly loved the tarts (3 different kinds), the fact it’s organic and the fruit juices.. just everything was super good. Great recommendation for dinner at Le Tigre, just what we wanted not touristy. Hired bikes and cycled out into the countryside along the canals.

Château de Pourtalès is located in the north area of Strasbourg. It has witnessed years of European history, welcoming some of the most important musicians, philosophers and poets. It provides a spa area with Finnish sauna and relaxing facilities and which has direct access to the garden. Very beautiful building with a big park! Nice breakfast! Easy to park( big parking lots next to palace and outside ). Very friendly staff, clear obstructions for those who arrive late ( after 22:00).

Strasbourg Cathedral is 550 metres from Cour Du Corbeau hotel, and Place Kléber is a 10-minute walk away. The Alsatian Museum is 100 metres from the property and Porte de l’Hopital tram stop is just 350 metres away. The location was excellent, close to all the tourist sites, the room was large, spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend this hotel

Strasbourg International Airport is 10 km from the property. We were seven people, so we rented both apartments. Both of them are amazing, very well-maintained, cosy and comfortable places. They are fully equipped, perfect if you want to cook and have dinner in-house. Lastly, from the upper apartment, the view is amazing of a canal.
