This is a very nice hostel. Very cosy and very comfy 24/7 facilities. It is possible to self check in at any hour, and there is basic food to purchase in the kitchen too at any hour - quite handy (tea, coffee, beer, oatmeal, instant noodle etc). The common area is very neat and nice - i spent quite a lot of time there, chilling after a hike, cooking and eating food and even working on my laptop. I stayed in a female only dorm, that has 6 comfy beds, and there were 2 toilets and 2 showers just for our room, so i never had to wait to have a shower etc. There are hair dryers available, and a whole separate drying room both for laundry and wet clothes after a hike. Beds were perfect, pillows were perfect, not creaky as in some dorms. With very good quality bedsheets and towels. Overall, if i am in betws y coed again, i will certainly stay in Gwersyll Cyntaf Eryri.

It was centrally located which allowed for easy access to everything we were looking for. It was quiet for sleeping, and the on-street parking was usually easy to find. It was great, and I’d happily stay again if I visit the area!

Several footsteps past some lovely shops to the beach. Rhos-on-Sea is delightful. A small town with a sandy beach and plenty of amenities. The flat itself was perfect. It had everything that you need. Even a bowl for the dog water! I even had a bath, as there were plenty of back soak to choose from. The bed was huge and comfortable.

We went to visit down memory lane where my partner spent her early years with her family. The location was absolutely ideal for that. Easy walking distance into Conwy and Deganwy, with LLandudno Junction Railway station close by. I booked this on the strength of previous reviews and we were not disappointed. A lovely place and we are already making plans to return.

Modern, very clean with lovely decor and we loved the artwork! Considering the location, which was perfect being so central to lots of pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants, prom, pier, etc; we found it almost soundproof even with the night-time frivolities outside.
