The lighting and arrangment of furniture, bed and bathroom was flawless and funtional. Even to the smallest detail of finding my favorite soap, seeing all the lights, switches and power outlets in the perfect place really goes to show the effort made to make my stay the most comfortable and relaxing I've had. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.

Every morning Mari with housban prepared extremely big breakfast. All food was delicious, most prepared by Mari. Mari's housband took us at 1.30 am from the airport. As we were 5, he met us with friend with second car. Rooms and dining room are comfortable and clean, wifi works perfect. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted , it was heavy rsiny day, rooms was already heated up, space was beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch × we got cacke in the fridge 🤍 ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect,it took 6 min. to hot springs by car, despite a rain, We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.
