This little set of four cabins is up in the mountains above Borjomi, a beautiful area that is still accessible to the town. But what really set our experience apart from the competition was owner/operator Levan. Levan's obsessive attention to every detail of his property, which he built himself, and to his guests' comfort was clear and made this a very special stay.

The property is great, nice room, comfy bed and great breakfast. they have 2 big dogs supper friendly, my son loved it. We liked how Georgi was so attentive and helpful with recommendation. he was always making sure that we are happy with everything, his instructions were very clear and helpful. The property is excellent hideout with ready to help staffs. Out from home for 3 days our tastebuds were badly in need of our recipes and this facility had everything to feel like home. The staff came with us to the market from where we bought all essentials and cooked our food which was so special in our trip. The facility, location, amenities everything were supercool

A most helpful and gracious family man he is. Amazing location- by far the best in Borjomi! A dignified old turtle and his friend the happy rabbit greeted me upon arriving in the tiled courtyard as I thought to myself, "This is the place!" The beautiful stone tower bordering the courtyard on the edge of the guesthouse proper is a new meets old Georgian masterpiece created and constructed by Davit's father and Davit himself. The tower contains rental rooms and a fully stocked wine cellar below. I was fortunate to purchase from the cellar a bottle of lovely homemade pomegranate wine. Many other varieties are available. These make great and convenient gifts. Large and medium groups can be accommodated at Gogicha Tower. A not too small old banquet hall hides beneath the main structure to feed such assemblages a hearty private breakfast to begin their busy day. An open-air kitchen and dining area are situated amid the terrace which provides views of splendid Borjomi rooftops below and the lush mountainous ridgeline of the horizon beyond. This will be my go-to place to stay while in Borjomi from now on. I encourage my friends, family and all who are reading to partake in this oasis.
