Eleni created us with such enthusiasm and offered us wine or icecream at check in. A young man greeted us in the carpark to take our luggage. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was elaborate with several choices both hot and cold food. A wonderful experience.

This little set of four cabins is up in the mountains above Borjomi, a beautiful area that is still accessible to the town. But what really set our experience apart from the competition was owner/operator Levan. Levan's obsessive attention to every detail of his property, which he built himself, and to his guests' comfort was clear and made this a very special stay.

People are smiling and fastly responding, in a quiet village (no screamings or non sens noises), modern shared kitchen with beautiful forest views and working space, good bathroom, terace and small garden, proximity to Borjomi yet out of noisy and polluted roads. A most helpful and gracious family man he is. Amazing location- by far the best in Borjomi! A dignified old turtle and his friend the happy rabbit greeted me upon arriving in the tiled courtyard as I thought to myself, "This is the place!" The beautiful stone tower bordering the courtyard on the edge of the guesthouse proper is a new meets old Georgian masterpiece created and constructed by Davit's father and Davit himself. The tower contains rental rooms and a fully stocked wine cellar below. I was fortunate to purchase from the cellar a bottle of lovely homemade pomegranate wine. Many other varieties are available. These make great and convenient gifts. Large and medium groups can be accommodated at Gogicha Tower. A not too small old banquet hall hides beneath the main structure to feed such assemblages a hearty private breakfast to begin their busy day. An open-air kitchen and dining area are situated amid the terrace which provides views of splendid Borjomi rooftops below and the lush mountainous ridgeline of the horizon beyond. This will be my go-to place to stay while in Borjomi from now on. I encourage my friends, family and all who are reading to partake in this oasis.

The location is excellent. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony. The facility is well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
