The port transfer was very much appreciated. The breakfast was superb with the freshest bread, yogurt and eggs. What makes Ampelos exceptional are the hosts Areti and Theo, they make you feel very welcome and genuinely care you are have a good time at the hotel and on the beautiful island of Folegandros. It feels like you are visiting friends.

Ironing service is also available. We really enjoyed our stay in this studio. It is in a secluded location, away from the busy villages but still close enough to Livadi. The apartment offers an amazing view of the sea and breathtaking sunrises. Lina is very kind and always ready to help and pick you up from the port of you don't have a car. I highly recommend it.

They're really unique and spacious, it feels like you're staying in a lighthouse or something. The private terrace was so relaxing with the view and sea breeze, and there was hardly anyone else there so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Evgenia who went out of her way to make our stay special. You can also pay extra to have a customised breakfast basket delivered to your room, totally worth it for a little picnic moment!

The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to the center of Chora, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local restaurants and shops. (5min walking) The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and decorated with great attention to detail, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, providing us with local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated all the amenities and the stunning view from the terrace – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Folegandros!
