From the kitchen essentials to the cozy furnishings, everything felt carefully prepared and of high quality. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. Communication was effortless – responses were always quick, clear, and helpful, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and it was evident how much care they put into making sure guests feel welcome. As a special touch, they even offered us a bottle of their own wine, which was absolutely delicious and made the stay feel even more personal and memorable. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Serifos!

We spent three days of absolute relaxation, in complete harmony with nature and the sound of the sea in the background. The day began with a sumptuous breakfast, featuring the highest quality local products. Perma Serifos is very close to incredibly beautiful and secluded beaches, allowing you to fully enjoy the marvelous sea. The property itself is meticulously designed. Our sleep was truly rejuvenating, as the bed was very comfortable, and waking up in the morning was a breeze. It's the ideal place for those who want to combine beauty and absolute relaxation without sacrificing anything.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Livadi Beach is 1.1 km away. The 2 bedroomed villa is clean, spacious and well equipped for home cooking. It felt like a home from home. The owners, who live on the lower floor, were extremely helpful with advice about local places to visit, they also ensured that we had plenty of clean towels and bedding as needed. We were supplied with delicious home made jams, a real treat. We loved the covered balconies with their views which extended across the port town of Livardi and up the hill towards the picturesque town of Chora. The villa is slightly out of town but the sea front is walkable in 15-20 minutes. The local beach is great for swimming and Livardi has plenty of shops, restraunts and cafes to choose from. Locally caught fish is a must. If you don't have a car there is a regular bus service that runs between Livardi and the quaint hill top town of Chora with its narrow streets and stunning views. We stayed for 5 nights at Starfish Villa and would happily return to this villa if we visit the island of Serifos again. Efcharistó.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 2.4 km from Psili Ammos Beach. Location was perfect, down a quiet lane close to the centre of the village. The house had everything you would need for a holiday let. Communication with Alex the owner was excellent and he was instantly available when we needed to contact him. The village itself is beautiful as are the locals. I would definitely return to this house if ever in the area again.

It felt authentic, the views were incredible, walking distance from the main square and just a 10 min drive from the port. The owners were also wonderful and helpful and checked in on us occasionally too!
